1. Describe the project
Give the location, waste type, approximate volume and desired timing.
2. Choose a container
Select a size based on capacity, weight, placement area and current availability.
3. Prepare the placement area
Keep access open and check local permit rules if public right-of-way placement is involved.
4. Load within the rules
Stay below fill lines and keep prohibited materials out. Heavy debris may have special requirements.
5. Schedule pickup
When the project is complete, make sure the container remains accessible for removal.
