What usually changes the price
Dumpster pricing is generally shaped by container size, included rental period, debris type, disposal weight, delivery distance and local disposal costs. Extra charges can also apply when a container is kept longer than agreed, exceeds an included weight allowance, contains restricted material or requires a special trip.
Why a single advertised price can be misleading
A low base price may not describe the full project. Ask what is included, what happens if the load is overweight, how extension days are handled and whether the material you are disposing of changes the rate.
How to get a more useful quote
Give the project city, describe the debris, estimate the volume, identify heavy material and explain placement conditions. The clearer the project details, the easier it is to compare the actual rental terms rather than only the headline number.
